Maurizio Ayad
Chief Executive Officer

Maurizio Ayad is the CEO and co-founder of ASTAR Service Group that was established in 2006. In a career spanning over 16 years Maurizio’s extensive knowledge and industry experience has built the business to become a leading recruitment agency in Australia & New Zealand.

Maurizio’s career began in Marketing and HR and later expanded his portfolio in the Training and Education Industry.

Dean Critharis
Chief Financial Officer

Dean Critharis is the CFO and co-founder of ASTAR Services Group. Dean brings a wealth of knowledge to ASTAR with his experience expanding in finance and accounting. He has been able to analyse and implement strategies that has led to profitable growth for ASTAR Services Group.

Dean holds a number of qualifications in Accounting, Business, Leadership and Management, and HR.

Ian Dalziel
Group General Manager

Ian is the Group General Manager for ASTAR Services Group. In his role, he is responsible for driving growth of ASTAR Services Group across Australia and New Zealand. Ian brings over 14 years in Labour Hire and Recruitment and 20+ years in Transport and Logistics.

Ian is a Certified WHS Auditor and holds qualifications in Training and Assessment.

Tracy Mellish
National Client Manager

Tracy Mellish is the National Client Manager of ASTAR Services Group. She is a key part of the management team and is responsible for client satisfaction across the business. In her role, Tracy oversees projects, implementation and  transitioning staff. Tracy’s experience extends into the Manufacturing, Warehousing and Logistics sector of the recruitment industry.

Tracy holds a a number of qualifications in Business Management and Return to Work.

Christina Critharis
Marketing Manager

Christina Critharis is the Marketing Manager at ASTAR Services Group.

Having a close connection to the co-founders of the business Christina is passionate about ASTAR and its success. With experience in events and marketing in the entertainment industry she has been able to bring something different to marketing in the recruitment space.

Nathan Denner
Training Manager

Nathan Denner is the Training Manager of ASTAR Work Skills.

Nathan is responsible for managing the training needs of both internal and external clients of ASG.

With 17yrs experience in the Warehouse and Logistics industry and 12yrs in training. Nathan holds a number of qualifications in Training & Assessment, Warehousing Operations, Logistics and Diploma of Management.
